How much time does this actually take each week?

Each live session is about an hour. Five sessions a week is the full schedule, but show up to as many or as few as you want. The Sunday forecast takes two minutes to read. No minimum participation.

What's the format of the live sessions?

Live on Google Meet. Monday is AI policy and regulation. Tuesday digs into a specific new model or capability. Wednesday covers broader AI news. Thursday is a practical application or member spotlight. Friday is open build — bring what you're working on. Conversational, not lecture-style.

What if I miss a session?

Catch up through the community or the next week's forecast. These are live rooms, not on-demand — the value is in showing up. If you miss one, the next is tomorrow. The Sunday forecast gives you context either way.

Can I pause reminders without leaving?

Yes. Reply to any reminder email with "pause" and we'll stop them until you say otherwise. You stay in the community and still get the Sunday forecast.
