Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 July 2026

eCon Growth is a one-person consulting business run by Kristopher Cravens. This page describes exactly what happens to information you hand over on this site. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. There are three of them:

We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build profiles across other websites. If you never submit a form, we never learn who you are.

Why we collect it

To answer you. Audit responses are read to produce your snapshot and to inform the follow-up conversation. Contact details are used to reply, send what you asked for, and — if we end up working together — to run the engagement. That is the whole list.

Who processes it

Your information is stored in eCon Growth's own systems and passes through a small number of service providers:

Each of these acts on our instructions. None of them receives your information for their own marketing.

Sensitive information

The audit asks whether sensitive data is involved in your workflows so that any system we design accounts for it. Please describe the category of data — you do not need to paste customer records, credentials, or health or financial details into the form, and you should not.

How long we keep it

Submissions are kept while there is an active or plausible working relationship, and reviewed periodically after that. Ask us to delete your information and we will, and confirm when it's done.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or unsubscribe from anything we send. One email does all of it: kristopher@econ-growth.com. No form, no ticket queue.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses two analytics tools to understand how pages are actually used: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. Between them they record things like which pages you visit, how far down a page you scroll, what you click, roughly how long you stay, and general details about your device, browser and country.

Clarity also captures anonymised session playback and heatmaps. It is configured to mask text you type, and we do not use any of this to identify you personally — it exists so we can see which parts of a page confuse people and fix them.

This is behavioural measurement, not advertising profiling. We do not sell it and we do not share it with data brokers. You can opt out at the browser level with any standard tracker blocker, or by using your browser's Do Not Track / private browsing mode, and the site will work exactly the same.

Browser storage is also used where a page needs to remember your place while you are on it, and to remember how you arrived — for example, whether you scanned a printed card — so we can tell which of our own efforts are working.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
